Hello
I upgraded Windows 10 from 1607 to 1703 on 08/04/2017.
Everything went almost correctly, but I can’t find the Display sub-panel of the control panel
I have read here and there that the Control Panel is about to die and that its replacement is the graphical Parameter menu.
I don’t mind if it has the same features.
So I’m looking for the replacement for the Display sub-panel of the Control Panel which was present until the 1607 version of Windows 10.

In fact, I’m looking to resize the size and fat of
– The 14 Fat Title Bar
– …
– the info bubbles 10 non greasy
If we could also configure the other elements of the desktop, that would be great.
Hi Dominica95880.
The control panel has not disappeared!
Right click on Windows button, Left click on Run.
Type control.exe
Then, button OK.
There you go.

Thank you for responding, but I am having trouble expressing myself.
I have no problem finding the Control Panel it’s the Display sub-panel that I can’t find.
I just made screenshots from another computer that hasn’t switched yet and I had the Panel in PJ1 and the sub-panel in PJ2 (the computer is in W10 1607).
What happened to the Display sub-panel in W10 1703 (absent from the PJ3 made on machine 1 in W10 1703).

Okay! I’m the one who misunderstood.
The only possible display settings on build 15063 are right click and then left click on Display settings or on Customize .
Same thing by going to the control panel and clicking on Taskbar and Navigation .
And indeed, it is a step backwards compared to the possible settings on the old panel.

Thank you for the answer, even if it is unfortunately negative.
I’ve been looking for more than a week and I was determined to call on people who are better than me.
Even if I run control.exe desk.cpl I can’t get anywhere.
I’m not going to tamper with the registry !!!

It’s a bit like the ransom of innovation at all costs!
The reason we’re at this point is that the Insiders’ returns were going well in that direction.
I agree, it’s a setback.

It’s a way to find it!
Otherwise:
Right click on Windows Button, then Left click on Run.
Type Control.exe
Then do Input .
That’s it!

Thanks to you … at this late hour in addition
I pinned to the taskbar even if I do not win much
To sum up I think for my part that W10 is less than W7 but greater than W8
Microsoft crashes OS once out of two it is well known
XP well
Vista not well
W7 well
W8.1 not well
W10 free … where there there … good but not so good?
Why make it simple when you can make it complicated!?
… but that’s another debate
