According to the result of ipconfig that you copy-
1 – You have a valid ip configuration
2 – You have received your ip from an active dhcp server ( and a date for the end of the lease )
- The problem is elsewhere

Hello- This is not a protocol problem can be a problem with the Ethernet card driver.
- Did you uninstall the Ethernet card before putting in the new driver, did you put in a chipset motherboard and Ethernet driver for Windows 10?
- I think there’s a problem between your Ethernet card driver and Windows 10.

Good morning everyone,-
Thank you for your answers
After testing at home the ethernet card works, so it’s the company network that blocks, I also thought it was the drivers but then the Windows Update may have nothing to do. So it’s quite possible that it’s a dhcp problem to change their shares I’ll check with them.
