I just bought the lite version to replace a 4x in frankly no regrets, really great screen, autonomy even more monster I have the impression (I am 87% in 24H by having made a lot of updates and reinstalled the app), not had time to test the apn yet but for the moment very satisfied…

Hello,

In the frandroid test, I see it at 200€ on Ebay, does it seem reliable?

I needed a phone for my wife for not too expensive and if possible with Android stock, this model seemed not too bad…

Exactly the A2 runs on Android One, that is to say almost stock.

What MI 8, 200€ more expensive does not do. After that he must be good too, but he’s in frontal with the 1+ 6.

Hi,

 So no user feedback?

I received mine yesterday for the moment I’m really amazed by the quality/price ratio I paid mine 203 Euros, the phone is beautiful well finished Android One is a delight to use simple and fast and the photos are very good
[single Topic] Xiaomi Mi A2 / A2 Lite (Android One, Photo++)

The only downsides for me right now are:

The size of the smartphone, too big for me, I have to get used to it.

The space occupied by Android ( 11GB), I find it huge having taken a 32GB it can be annoying for some users.

For the battery life I will wait a few days of use, to have more perspective but it looks in the average just last night I lost 10% while it was in energy saving

I saw in video the E8 side by side with the A2, it’s still ridiculous phones that big…

at 152-153mm (and still, 150mm is my max), I would have cracked but there, it’s too much.

too bad, I stay with my honor 8 which weakens

My sister took it (in 4G/64G). It’s pretty good, pretty fast for simple stuff (no games). Automatic brightness is completely null and void, however. APN, I expected worse from the test on FrAndroid.

And the size is perfect (for us).

For 173€ frankly…

I hesitated quite a bit with the lite too, but the thickness of the lite and the notch which is in my opinion badly managed on most of such Android devices makes me take the A2
[single Topic] Xiaomi Mi A2 / A2 Lite (Android One, Photo++)

On the other hand the battery management is really bad, I’m running an update with the August version so the last one and tonight I lost 21% of battery
[single Topic] Xiaomi Mi A2 / A2 Lite (Android One, Photo++)
from 94% to 73%, while I’m switching to energy saving and no application is running in the background, next night I cut the mobile data to see if it can come from that.

Oddly enough, Roma must be lighter than RN5, with fewer unnecessary processes.

My root RN5, and rid of wattmille services without interest, lost 35% battery in 6 days and 15 hours.

Well ok, he’s mostly doing standby at the moment, with a few sms here and there.

Yes I don’t understand too much, it will surely be fixed with a future update, I hope

For the moment the autonomy is not its strong with the first charge I did 4h20 of SOT, the second one looks less well gone at present I am at 18% of battery last complete charge there are 22h48 and 2h7 of SOT

 Luckily it’s such a transition

Personally, I didn’t have anything to touch either, everything seems to be working well and I even feel like I’m getting a better reception than with my G6.

Good choice
[single Topic] Xiaomi Mi A2 / A2 Lite (Android One, Photo++)

Android should only exist without a manufacturer overlayer, very rare are those who take out their pins from the game
[single Topic] Xiaomi Mi A2 / A2 Lite (Android One, Photo++)

For my part I think I solved my battery problem, tonight I also activated the data saver in addition to the battery saver and surprise I lost only 5% in 8 hours of night
[single Topic] Xiaomi Mi A2 / A2 Lite (Android One, Photo++)

And when I got up I also deactivated the GPS location I think the problem comes from the latter, it’s obvious that I still have 56% at 20:30 of the last recharge for 2h30 of SOT.

Until the next update I’m going to stay like this, now that I got used to its size I’m starting to appreciate it even more, it’s fluid and very fast even with lots of background applications.

The quality price ratio and just enormous I find a device of this quality at this price they are really strong, Thank you Xiaomi

 It’s still huge 5%

One night, it’s 1 or 2% max, GPS off (what’s the point at night?), data off.

Then, the operator and the quality of reception also play a role.

Yes of course but it’s still correct compared to the 21% of last night

I have had the xiaomi mi a2 lite 64gb since last Thursday.

I come from a P20 pro and I used to have an Op5.

The battery’s just amazing, it’s really stress-free. Android one is top

Brightness management is terrible and photos are very average.

I have a bug with Android auto though, I don’t know if anyone else has tried it.

In roof case, it’s an excellent phone, the software format and Android one a real pleasure.

Hi, I have been owning a Xiaomi mi a2 lite

64 go for a few days now and it is a great phone.

 Very good battery life

Good software

Good screen colors

Rather good video and photo quality

Yes it’s the location that eats so much since I cut it I found an excellent autonomy, tonight for example I lost 2%.

I never use the GPS, so I don’t have a problem disabling it at the moment.
