I am in exactly the same case as you: same date of receipt of the SIM card, same date of portability and therefore without a phone since last Saturday.
So there are at least two of us in this situation.
For my part, I’ve been calling them several times a day since Wednesday, whenever I come across someone who could do something better.
But the song is always the same: you have to wait 24 to 72 hours for the situation to recover, but nothing concrete.
For my part, I have asked the RIO to make a new portability, but, it seems to me that it will not be possible to do this action until the line is active. If you call your number now, it’ll be on your old carrier’s network. I’m afraid that if a portability request is made before the line is activated, the number will be permanently lost.
The simplest and quickest solution is to create a new line, with a new number and possibly with another operator. This may not be a good fit for you professionally speaking.
