Saint Pierre Du Perray – Essonne (91280)

The opinion of Michel Henry (Saint Germain lès Corbeil)

on the town of SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY

A city to avoid at all costs!

Anarchic urban planning no city centrelocal democracy no local democracyautocratic governance.

What I like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY I liked the proximity of the reddish and senart forests. Unfortunately I haven’t been there for a long time disgusted by the horror of the horizontal hlms that were built there and which made me flee to the nearest village.

What I don’t like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY A city built in an anarchic way since 1977 that looks like nothing. The total lack of consultation with the inhabitants. Incompetent, demagogic, but irremovable elected officials.

L’avis de Val (Saint pierre du perray)

sur la ville de SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY

It was a nice town…

This town’s really gone downhill from here. Too many buildings, no real city centre. Shopping street looks like nothing. The nice little country town side is slowly disappearing. The town hall has really done nothing in the last 15 years to improve the quality of life No maintenance of the green spaces, the comparison with st germain is obvious! Poor quality of schools, growing insecurity and insufficient public transport as regards shops, apart from inter-market, lidl, 1 bakery, 3 banks and 4 hairdressers… And not even a bookstore anymore! Yeah, but we have a butcher shop allal what luck.

What I like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY The proximity of forests and countryside.

What I don’t like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY The increase in violence. With the construction of new hlms and the arrival of the pie population and not only the best … Not to mention the traveling people. One of my kids was mugged again 2 days ago and 2 neighbors were robbed. I’m not talking about the living environment, I’m not talking about the maintenance of green spaces. Inadequate sports facilities, inefficient public transport and those who say otherwise have not been taking them every day for 15 years. Honestly, the tzen she’s so full of crap. Instead of 10 mn by car it takes 1/2 to go to the station of lieusaint. The train station of corbeil is useless to think about it it is necessary in + to take 2 buses! And as for the rer d it takes more and more time to go to Paris and it’s not over with the project of omnibus on the whole line. I don’t think I’ll have any regrets when I leave. Too bad there was potential!

Everything is done to make you run away.

St pierre du perray could be a great town. Only,

here… Everything is done to scare you away. Now the parking lots.

The few existing parking spaces are scarce.

Accessible. The municipality has a high tax rate and if you have.

The misfortune of working (even at minimum wage) you will be stoned by the.

School services (reception, leisure centre…). That charming little one.

City and more in the grip of burglary (3 times for my part …). He.

Avoid this town and maybe pass right by the nearby towns.

For the same living environment.

What I like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY I thought at first sight that this town was charming.

What I don’t like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY The city considers you a four-legged note as soon as you own one.

Work. You are nothing but a sea…(censored)

Can do better but

If some people say nothing to do in the evening, only the carré sénart is a possible exit, I tell them just go live in a city like courbevoie or paris or bobigny… Lack of transportation… Between Saint’s Day and Basket a Zen room and two Rer stations… Plus fairly regular buses… Not to say there’s no transportation… St Pierre is mostly a small town and it is mostly the countryside or at least those who came here by choice saw it that way; the only problem for me is that the town is very badly run and in spite of common sense…

What I like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY The calm, the greenery (a pity new constructions are invasive) the setting of associations that move as they can also.

What I don’t like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY The lack of infrastructure such as 2nd secondary school, high school not enough small independent shops (bookshop, it’s great, a small bookshop). On the other hand, with the arrival of new inhabitants, courtesy is lost, riffraff arrives and that’s not great.

My opinion

City in full expansion.

What I like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY Calm and pleasant in everyday life. Very good transport (t zen, bus).

Proximity of the square: 10min in t zen.

What I don’t like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY Lack of commerce: no bookshop, the nearest one is in Saint Germain,

the Post Office with rather stupid opening hours (opening at 3pm in the afternoon).

The opinion of Jean (Saint pierre du perray)

on the town of SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY

Oulala

A new city at the beginning of its extension that knows how to take defects.

From her neighbors, but forgot to take the qualities that we have.

Quoted. The shops seem to be in disrepair. The smell next to the east stairwell.

Pestilential and the products inside are consumable limits. There.

Rue du Commerce looks more like a city zac than an economic hub.

From the town centre, the Francois Mitterrand Park is a flagship site praised by the town hall.

N is in fact just a simple wood that is unfinished and poorly maintained.

What I love in SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY His nearness to saint germain les corbeil his neighbour who knew how to keep one.

Human dimension and a pleasant living environment.

What I do not like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY The incoherence of urban planning which has no uniformity. The little.

Bakery (2 including the one in between) l no place of.

Cult. The pretension of the unwelcoming city hall staff. The neighborhood.

Vivaldi, who quickly became an annex of the tarts and cities.

Neighbors. The growing insecurity certainly has something to do with absence.

Total city police presence at night unlike what.

Is done in the nearby towns.

The opinion of Benjamin (St Pierre du Perray)

on the town of SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY

A disaster city

A city that wants to be new but has no such city.

What I love about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY – well not much actually.

What I don’t like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY – no train station and little transport – lack of dynamism/activity – growing insecurity – nothing to do in the evenings – always dependent on the car – the senart square becomes a real rendezvous for the deteriorating area (little maintenance of the city) except of course the centre (if we can go that way) – no high school

Vive à saint pierre

Pleasant town for families

What I like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY The quality of life with suburban neighbourhoods, wide sidewalks, bicycle path. Very pleasant for walks with children.

What I don’t like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY The growing insecurity, insufficient local shops and the lack of a market on Sunday mornings. A little more dynamism would be nice.

The opinion of Bernard Lemonnier (St Pierre)

on the town of SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY

Misalignment

What I don’t like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY When will we finally redo the paving of Louise Weiss Street that has long been in demand and the sidewalk in front of the old Post Office mailbox? Some of the trees in the driveway are sick and need to be pruned as they are dangerous for the roofs in case of a storm.

The activity

A city for the moment pleasant where everything is close by, but with some management problems in terms of housing, and the lack of activities.

What I like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY The proximity of shops, doctors, schools, for the moment it’s a fairly quiet town, but I don’t think it’s going to last.

St Pierre

Commune very quiet and pleasant.

What I like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY Its green spaces, the proximity of forests, parks and fields on one side and the proximity of the shopping centre on the other.

What I don’t like about SAINT PIERRE DU PERRAY Problems of transport, parking, traffic in general and especially the incivism of dog owners (not kept on a leash, aggressive and excrement on alleys, lawns, etc.).
