Increasingly expensive…

It could be a beautiful city if there weren’t so many dog droppings on the ground, traffic jams morning and evening and hlm worthy of the favelas.

What I like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Its proximity to the sea, nice, canes.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The price of property tax and housing tax in 2013. Difficult to understand with the industrial zone, cape 3000, tzank arnault which must bring a maximum of money to the city.

Avis st laurent du var

Beautiful city… Flowery… Pleasant at first sight.

What I like in SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Flowered city, the sea, correct beaches visit of all kinds.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Hlm foul daytime, where the heat inside is unbearable and freezes in winter, the population is obviously adequate. Even the gendarmerie quarters are in the same condition. It’s mind-boggling, especially rats as big as cats. Pitiful state. Shameful.

Ma Laurentine

I have officially lived in slv for 42 years, including 32 years with the pugets, married since then to a laurentine (from the rue du trinco). The solidarity of the residents of the pugets . From the hervé allari dojo, to the stadium infrastructures, and the bicycle paths, this is what makes the happiness of many people.

What I like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The mayor of course, and the most beautiful town hall in France. The allari brothers are the emblematic figure of the judo slv club. Nursery of champions. Men dedicated to the destiny of their club since the beginning of time. And all the volunteers who strive to help their fellow man in every sense of the word.

What I don’t like in SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The hlm of the day point . As a city gate we do better. Instead of offices, more cost-effective than h ). With the pm and np in rdc for everyone’s safety.

City to flee

City on a human scale, but very expensive (housing, property, rent, purchase taxes… Ect) Not much is done for young people… A lot more for the old people. Growing insecurity.

What I like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The beautiful district and the town centre.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The abandoned whorehouse has its delinquency.

Christmas decorations

Congratulations on the new 2010 decorations. We take advantage of it during the day, and it will save us money. There will always be some disgruntled people, but I like it. Congratulations to the mayor and his city team.

What I love about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The proximity of everything… Shops, sea, mountains, very beautiful view of the mercantour. Very active city, where children, juniors, seniors etc. can find something to do.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Thugs big and small. The police aren’t tough enough.

Christmas decorations

What I like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The new fresco at the entrance to Saint Laurence is very successful. Bravo!

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Why didn’t you leave the trees in their natural beauty instead of covering them with tinsel and ordinary garlands…? Christmas decorations are ugly.

The place of my holidays

It’s a city that deserves to be better maintained. It has many assets, but which are not developed: the approaches to the port are dirty, the beach is not maintained: I saw a shoe abandoned there for three days, the cigarette butts, paper littering the ground. I regularly take the passage that goes under the road leading to the port, it is black, wet, it smells bad, sprinkled with dog droppings, the paths leading to it are not embellished, we see dead trees, grass, papers, we have the impression that this place is totally forgotten by the public services.

What I like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR I like its proximity to Cagnes, Nice, Cap 3000 which is a magnificent gallery where all the shops are represented. I like its bicycle paths that allow us to take beautiful and safe rides. The people there are friendly.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The lack of interest that public services bring to make this beautiful city cleaner and yet has all the assets to please.

Daily News

Pretty little town apart from the hlm at the entrance of the city, they seem very badly kept.

What I love in HOLY LAURENT OF THE VAR His sun, it must have been good to live there if there was no daylight.

What I don’t like in SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The hlm of the point of the day, the h as the young people say, an ugly, stinking, degraded city, what a desolate spectacle and what an anguish for the Laurentins who live there; this set spoils everything.

Not so bad…

What I like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR I like the village side, the many restaurants on the port, lots of choice in sporting activities.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR I find the city quite noisy for a town that looks like a big village. Is it the highway that crosses it? Still, the noise is there. I don’t like hlm, always so ugly, when we are promised beautification work at every election. Otherwise, as on the whole coast, the problem is still the same: exorbitant prices, and concrete, everywhere…

Under the sun of St Laurent du var…

A city where it is good to live between the sea and the mountains.

What I like in SAINT LAURENT DU VAR A very pleasant seaside for family walks. Shady, well-tended green spaces. Access to major cities thanks to its motorway entrances and exits to Nice in 10 min and Antibes in 15 min. Its very lively and animated city centre, without forgetting all the festivities, animations, shows and exhibitions throughout the year as well as its market on Sunday mornings.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR It’s a shame to be the first to discover the HLM when arriving in St Laurent by motorway.

Very nice city

I have been living in Saint-Laurent-Du-Var for 3 years and I like it very much. It’s a small, quiet town with lots of shops. I think it’s a pity that Saint-Laurent-Du-Var is not better known, especially the seaside.

What I like in SAINT LAURENT DU VAR The Gull Walk is magnificent, I love to go for a walk with my family on Sundays and then go and eat a good pancake at La Gourmandise.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR People who leave their dog’s excrement, frankly, are fed up with it, especially when you’re in a stroller, otherwise it’s perfect overall.

HLM

A very pleasant city!

What I like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Its town and shopping centre.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Except for a park, it’s all the young people in the low-rent housing estates have to have fun.

Living in Saint Laurent du Var

A small town in full expansion.

What I like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Promenade des Goélands, close to shops.

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Certain streets soiled by animal droppings, the space reserved for pedestrians occupied by cars (Avenue des Oliviers) and the little maintenance of this street which seems to be the poor child of the city. Risks for pedestrians in pedestrian crossings (without lights). Sidewalks in poor condition (central post). The smelly nuisances of the airport!

What I don’t like about SAINT LAURENT DU VAR Lots of traffic jams at rush hour.
