Starting Tuesday, November 27, 2018, the beta version of Red Dead Online will first be offered exclusively to players who have purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition. Beta obliges, expect to encounter some bugs and failures.
Red Dead Redemption 2: Red Dead Online will be deployed in beta from Tuesday, November 27, 2018
Starting Wednesday, November 28, 2018, the beta will be deployed to all players who played Red Dead Redemption 2 on Monday, November 26. In a 3rd step, the online mode will be available to all players who played from October 26th to 29th. Finally, Red Dead Online will be available to all players in its final version on Friday, November 30th.
With this progressive deployment schedule, Rockstar Games hopes to identify and correct as many faults as possible before the mode is introduced to all players. The firm has indeed asked its community of players to relay the bugs encountered. What does this multiplayer mode have in store for us? In this mode, you can play in a group of 7 players or solo. You’ll also be free to customize your character from head to toe just like in Grand Theft Auto V.
Imran Sarwar, director of design at Rockstar, also promised “the addition of our favourite gameplay elements from GTA Online such as its competitive and cooperative experiences that are as fun as they are complex. Red Dead Online is “an evolution of the Red dead Redemption multiplayer experience, blending storytelling, competition and cooperation in a new way,” promises Rockstar.What about you?
