Free mobile client space still exists?

Hello

Having had a Free Mobile subscription, which I left a few months ago
I carried my mobile number, elsewhere, because of lack of network.

I realize that my customer area still exists, with the rib still in it.

what could I do to make this rib disappear?

Thank you for your advice.

Good morning, sir,

You can request this by tracked letter/LRAR (to have traces), to the Free Mobile subscriber service.
Which one will have 30 working days to confirm you in writing.

The quickest way for you to do this would be simply to revoke the direct debit authorisation from your bank.
This can be done from your online customer area.
This will not erase your banking information at Free Mobile However, the company will not be able to use the bank details.

What’s your problem if the swabs are stopped?
Because I imagine that every time you cancel a debit contract, you ask the merchant to delete your GNI?

in fact Free doesn’t collect anymore since I have carried my number elsewhere, there was no problem on this side.

but in my country it’s a mess with Free, and since I don’t want to go back, I wish I could have gone back.

Free deletes my customer area , and revokes my rib , at the same time

It’s not wise to revoke the sepa mandate, I don’t know how you do it, you who change providers often?

If I didn’t have any problems with the supplier, I don’t do anything. If I have had a problem with the supplier (i.e. I have been debited more than the invoice) or if the supplier risks debiting me more than expected, I have the direct debit authorization revoked for a few months. The second case occurred only once for an old SFR ADSL subscription for which the ISP told me that there would be a €45 fee not included in the signed contract, in the end, after a registered letter of credit (cancellation by reminding me of my subscription date and the absence of fees) SFR acknowledged its error and never attempted to charge the €45 fee.

Never had any problems.
So never revoked. And I change 2/3 times a year.

Thank you for your advice and your explanations, which I will be able to use
later on in case of change.

I have read article 9 personal data
which also answers my question.

so as Free has in fact been logical and has stopped the withdrawals, I’m probably worried about a few things
I’m going to keep an eye on my accounts, and only act if necessary!
