No Way Home Cast Photo Reveals a Bruised and Beaten Peter Parker

looks like Tom Holland’s Peter Parker will be put to the test once again in the upcoming Marvel Spider-Man sequel: There’s no turning back. The new photo of the actor backstage with the rest of the main cast and crew shows Holland clearly bruised and battered, no doubt the result of a confrontation with a villain (or maybe multiple villains) while trying to navigate the madness of many.

The image, which comes shortly after the announcement of the end of Spider-Man 3, shows Jacob Batalon as Ned and Zendaya as MJ, as well as Peter Parker as Holland. The actor can be seen in a Spider-Man costume but without a mask, his smiling face adorned with laughter and bruises.

APPROPRIATE: Spider-Man: The recording of No Way Home: Is the return of Tobey Maguire possibly confirmed?

While it is currently unclear how Peter Parker was able to do so much damage to his teenage face, Holland recently revealed that Spider-Man: No Way Home will feature the most impressive fight scene ever seen in a superhero movie. This movie is incredibly ambitious, and I’m happy to say we’re there, the Marvel actor said. It’s going very well. We were watching a fight scene that we shot a few weeks ago, and I’ve never seen a fight scene like that in the MCU. I’m really looking forward to the public seeing this.

This is far from the first time Dutchman Peter Parker has failed at his superhero duties, as the iconic character was defeated in both Spider-Man and the MCU: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Away from home. I’m sure he’s used to it by now.

However, little is currently known about certain plot elements of Spider-Man: No Way Home, we know that Benedict Cumberbatch will return as the wizard supreme, Dr. Strange, who will join Dutchman Peter Parker in his latest adventure. The character is expected to take over the mentor role previously held by Robert Downey Jr’s Tony Stark. It’s looking more and more likely that the film will be a sequel to the upcoming Doctor Strange, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which places Peter Parker and friends in the Multiverse of Madness, with the just-unveiled title only confirming this theory.

Rumor has it that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire will once again be wearing an iteration of the famous web-slinger. Stunt coordinator George Cottle recently mentioned Chris Daniels, Tobey Maguire’s stunt double in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy, in a post about the end of filming for Spider-Man: There’s no turning back. There are not only rumors about Garfield and Maguire, but also about Spider-Man: No Way Home will also reintroduce several villains from the previous Spider-Man franchises, with Alfred Molina, Jamie Foxx and Willem Dafoe reprising their roles as Doctor Octopus, Electro and Green Goblin.

Spider-Man: There were many delays with No Way Home. It was originally scheduled for 16. July 2021 as part of the long-awaited fourth phase of the intensive care unit. Due to current world conditions, the entire stage with Spider-Man has been reworked: No Way Home is scheduled for release in the UK and US on the 17th. December 2021 scheduled.
