Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection Will Run at 4K/60 FPS+ on Xbox One Consoles

Team NINJA’s upcoming Ninja Gaiden game series, Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection, supports a much higher resolution and frame rate than the original Xbox and PlayStation versions. According to the Microsoft Store, which has updated its official listing for Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection today with tags pointing to 4K Ultra HD and 60 FPS+ support for the Xbox One edition. The latter states that every game in the collection (Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge) can run at up to 120 frames per second on next-gen consoles.

NINJA GAIDEN: The Master Collection brings celebrated action games to PC and consoles, allowing fans and newcomers alike to experience the story of super ninja Ryu Hayabusa as he takes on deadly villains wreaking havoc across the globe, according to a press release. Originally released in 2007, NINJA GAIDEN Sigma set the standard for lightning-fast action in the series, introducing dual weapons and a mission mode in addition to an exciting game mode.

NINJA GAIDEN Sigma 2, originally released in 2009, continues Hayabusa’s journey with the characters Ayana, Rachel and Momiji, with four difficulty levels that test the player’s fighting skills with every heart attack. Last entry: NINJA GAIDEN 3 : Razor’s Edge, originally released in 2012, raised the bar with powerful new enemies and violent visuals, and involved Kasumi in the action, making it the most enticing series yet.

Ninja Hayden: The Master Collection comes out on the 10th. June 2021 on Xbox One (playable on Xbox Series X|S via backwards compatibility), PlayStation 4 (playable on PS5 via backwards compatibility), Nintendo Switch and Steam. The deluxe version of the game includes a digital artbook and a soundtrack featuring images, graphics and music from the series.
