Crump is a former American football player and coach who is currently the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers He played college football at Vanderbilt University, where he was a two-time All-American. Crump then played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) for eight seasons with the New York Jets and New Orleans Saints. He began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Vanderbilt before moving on to various coordinator and head coaching positions in the NFL, most recently with the Buccaneers.
