Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) 2020


Form PICRF or Form Individual commitments and assessment shows what the teacher may have done during the school year.

Key Performance Areas or KRAs are areas where individual performance is measured. It consists of documents, photographs, test results, calculated results, seminars/workshops and other relevant evidence.

For teachers: Key sampling result ranges:

1. Teacher education process

Tasks :

a. Development of lesson plans/journals and teaching materials to adapt the curriculum to the needs of the pupils

b. Individual and group courses are given at all levels, the so-called educational load for the current academic year

c. Gives three exciting ICT lessons per term (a total of 12 ICT lessons for the whole school year)

d. Organizes demonstration courses in the classroom once a year. The observation of the lesson is focused:

2. Pupil / apprentice performance

Tasks :

a. Management of group tests for teachers and standardised tests established by the oblast, department or school for the current school year.

b. Monitor and evaluate student performance in each quiz and event and encourage the class to be responsible for their own learning and for teaching others.

c. Monitor and evaluate student performance in each quiz and event and encourage the class to take responsibility for their own learning and that of others. Regular adjustments to improve the performance of students with minor deformities.

d. Increases the total average of credits at the end of the school year by 2%.

3. Community participation

Tasks :

a. Regular communication with parents (in writing or at conferences) to monitor students’ progress and

b. to discuss the curriculum. Facilitate the elimination of identified learning deficits through regular supervision with the help of parental volunteers.

4. Professional growth and development

Tasks :

a. Attends teacher training courses or professional development workshops at least twice a year. Conducts seminars/lessons/workshops at least once a year for other teachers in the field of professional development

c. Cooperate with other teachers, principals or relevant authorities to develop a method for evaluating teachers.

5. Management of classes

The target:

a. Decrease in average absenteeism by 1% per quarter
