Acknowledgements

Before any development on this professional experience, it seems appropriate to begin this internship report with some thanks, to those who taught me a lot during this internship, and even to those who were kind enough to make this internship a very profitable moment.

I would also like to thank [-], my training supervisor who trained and accompanied me throughout this professional experience with a lot of patience and pedagogy. Finally, I would like to thank all [-]’s employees for the advice they have been able to give me during these two months.

As well as the contribution of the department and the position held in this strategy […]

The main source for the preparation of this report is the various lessons learned from the day-to-day practice of the tasks I was assigned. Finally, the many interviews I was able to have with the employees of the different departments of the company enabled me to give coherence to this report.

Announcement of plan

In order to give an accurate and analytical account of the [-] months spent in the company [-], it seems logical to first present the economic environment of the traineeship, i.e. the sector of [-] (I), and then to consider the framework of the traineeship: the company [-], from both a [-] (II) and a [-] (III) point of view Finally, the various missions and tasks that I have been able to carry out within the service [-], and the many contributions that I have been able to make (III).

III / The work carried out and the contributions of the training course

A – The work carried out

During this training course, I had the opportunity to discover a trade in all its forms and to understand in a global way the difficulties that the [-] could meet in the exercise [-]. For a better understanding of the tasks I was able to perform, it seems appropriate to first deal with the tools that were available to me and then to deal in detail with the tasks I was able to perform.

1. The tools at my disposal

During this internship, I spent most of my time in [-]. As I learned, my research deepened. So it was only after [-] month of my internship that I was really operational, because of my better mastery of the [-].

B – The contributions of the

course During this course, I learned a lot. The contributions that I have drawn from this professional experience can be grouped around three main ideas: the skills acquired, the difficulties encountered and solutions provided, and life in society.

Acquired skills

[Detail here the skills that you have been able to draw, develop and better define during your internship. All the knowledge and know-how gained from experience necessary for the exercise of a profession. The notion of knowledge obviously refers to the initial and subsequently acquired knowledge indispensable to the exercise of the profession. The notion of procedural knowledge is linked to what is common to the trade, to the profession. The experience, the worker’s skill for example, is linked to the singularity of the individual, to his practice in the exercise of the activity and in relation to others, within the team, in front of the customers].

Difficulties encountered and solutions provided

[ During any professional experience, difficulties are encountered: communication problems, training, efficiency problems, poor results, failure to meet deadlines…

There are always problems and above all solutions! If you can’t figure out what difficulties you’ve encountered, it’s probably because you’ve easily found solutions to solve them!

Showing these errors or difficulties encountered shows that these problems, which happen to everyone, have indeed made you stronger! ]

Life in society

My internship at [-] was very instructive. During these [-] months, I was able to observe how a [-] works. Beyond that, from the activity of each of the departments, I was able to learn how the different departments of such a company work together. Furthermore, the human relations between the different employees of the company, regardless of the activity carried out by each of them, taught me about the behaviour to be adopted in all circumstances.

The articulation of the different departments

As mentioned above, [-] departments structure the company [-]. Also, and through the analysis that has been made, it seems undeniable that all these services intervene at one time or another in the decision-making process. However, this decision making deserves to be specifically studied, since it is largely [-]. Indeed, it is possible to compare this type of company [-].

The most eloquent expression of this shared responsibility is the decision of [-].

Also, on a weekly basis, the [results] were disseminated to all employees, so that they were involved in the company’s results (knowing that the goal each week is to have a maximum of [-] and what they know [-]).

[The circulation of information is thus one of the strong points that I have retained from this company, both in terms of collaborative work and the involvement of everyone in the smooth running of the company].

Human relations between employees

Beyond the functioning of the company, I was able to feel [-].

Indeed, the atmosphere within the company was very [-]. I thus found that the hierarchy of functions of the company [-] was [-] in the relationships between employees, thus favouring [-].

As an example, I [-].

[Through this friendliness, I could understand that a company’s business is more successful in a warm and caring atmosphere.]

Conclusion

[The conclusion summarizes, of course, in the first part, the main conclusions of your internship report. But the conclusion also allows in a second part to question you on the continuation, on the future of the company, on the service, and to put in perspective your internship in your training and in your professional project].

As a conclusion, it seems interesting to highlight the current questions about the future of the [-] industry, how the economic actors will do [-]. At the centre of this question is of course the problem of [-]. Indeed, my internship was very beneficial in this respect: [•]. The result will be [-]

The law of [-] gave a certain number of solutions to the drifts that the [-] could take. However, rather than the [-], a change in [-] is more likely to be set to [-].
