Former Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Isaiah Wilson was arrested after a chase in Georgia on the 7th. Janvier arrested and charged with several minor offenses.

According to the incident report from the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office, the officer was working a fixed radar system on University Parkway when he saw a dark-colored Dodge Charger coming toward him.

The vehicle registered 123 mph on radar, prompting the officer to activate the sirens and begin a pursuit. The pursuit was called off because he reached an unsafe speed of 140 miles per hour.

Wilson’s car crashed and he was eventually arrested by an undercover ICE agent who witnessed the crash shortly after the chase was called off. The officer arrested Wilson after he approached the vehicle and saw him standing in the vehicle with his upper body extended.

After Wilson’s arrest, he was asked why he fled from police. He said he had had an experience with the police in the past that scared him, and that he was afraid of going to jail. Wilson also said there was nothing illegal in the car.

Also in the vehicle was a woman, Grace Barnett, who was arrested after a metal grinder containing 3.4 grams of marijuana was found in the vehicle, although she told police she had no drugs on her. Wilson and Barnett were taken to the Barrow County Detention Center. A baggie containing 0.2 grams of acid was found in Barnett’s bag when he was booked into jail.

Wilson was charged with criminal flight or attempted flight from a police officer, speeding in a construction zone, reckless driving, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug paraphernalia.

Last week, Tennessee traded Wilson and a seventh round pick in the 2021 draft to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for a seventh round pick. The Dolphins fired Wilson on Saturday after the team determined he was not receptive to their offers to help him.

The Dolphins knew of Wilson’s arrest in January before the deal was finalized, but they were unaware of the full extent of the case at the time, team source Cameron Wolfe told ESPN.

The Titans declined to comment on Wilson’s arrest in January.

Since Wilson’s 29th birthday. He has other complaints about the law.

The first incident occurred when Tennessee State Police went to an off-campus party that Wilson attended during boot camp. In their report, police say Wilson went to the second floor balcony, where he apparently briefly considered jumping. He was given a warning for trespassing.

Wilson was arrested in September and charged with driving under the influence when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a concrete wall.

Wilson played just four times in his rookie season, which ended with his placement on the injury list in December. Wilson has been on the reserve/COVID-19 list twice before, during training camp and in October.

Titans general manager Jon Robinson said in a virtual news conference last month that he had not spoken with Wilson since he was placed on the NFI list in December. Robinson suggested that Wilson needs to make a decision on whether he wants to do what it takes to play professional football.
