Easy Vegetarian Ideas For Your Next Quarantine Dinner

It’s pesto like never before: A mixture of Swiss mango, red miso, rice vinegar and garlic is dynamite in all kinds of pasta, but earthy buckwheat is a favorite; if you can’t find it, try whole pasta.
