Draimond Greene has been very active lately. His interviews with Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson for All The Smoke last week stole most of the titles, at least those that had nothing to do with Michael Jordan’s last dance.

During the interview, Green touched on many situations, such as the famous fight with Kevin Durant, the way he changed with his teammates after becoming an NBA champion, and even his rivalry with Charles Barkley.

However, the most controversial comments were about her team and how she changed the game. Green has tried to create the story that he is one of the most influential players in the history of the NBA and recently went so far as to say that he is the best team in the history of the NBA.

Moreover, he even said they could beat Phil Jackson’s Lakers and destroy Shakeel O’Neill after Shack claimed that the bull’s Jordan would have no chance with his team because no one could stop him in the paint:

We’re the best team. Curry and I destroyed Shack, Green said, quoting from the Bleecher report.

The Golden State Warriors may have some numbers to back up their claim to be the best team in the history of the NBA, but to go so far as to destroy Shaka at the height of the game seems a little impractical.

We are talking about the most dominant great man in the history of the NBA, the Jaggernaut with glasses, which will never be denied underwear. In addition, he was a solid defender with fast legs that could hold their own in the picket and roles for smaller, faster players.

The two teams played at different times. Basketball is different today, and although Green is a former defender of the year and one of the most versatile defenders in the league, this time he feels he has crossed the line. Maybe he should have waited until he retired to say that.

He’s also an exceptional player, and no one can deny that, but he’s not the face of a franchise like the Splash brothers who make such comments.

It’s only a matter of time before Shak makes his contribution. You just know he doesn’t take those comments lightly, so be careful of the consequences.
