itemized invoice without details
Hello everyone,
if the topic has already been mentioned or anything else, please let me know.
I’ve been with RED SFR since mid-December 2015 (the promotion at 3.99€) … and I noticed that the invoice does not detail the history of calls and sms sent ……………………………………………………………………… except for calls and sms outside the package, which are well detailed.
How about you?

As with more and more operators.
If you want an itemized invoice, you have to request it in the customer area.

I had pointed out to the SC this detailed invoice with no details, except for the completely useless ones of the internet connections.
That was more than 3 months ago and I was told it was a bug; it still seems not to have been fixed

is a full page plus a blank page
the possibility to get the details is present
on the internet customer account via the tab Invoices & Payments
as well as on the SFR My Account app.
for the moment I expect a bug

No, it’s an SFR bug.
I have the same problem when I have a power package. I didn’t realize it, it’s this topic that made me think

Indeed, SFR in these ADR packages does not offer a detailed bill for communications.
Having a RED package, I chatted with SFR and here is their answer
Client: I have just received my last bill, I don’t have the details of my voice consumption on the detailed bill?
Andreea_N: Please confirm your line and e-mail address.
Customer: 06 xx xx xx xx xx xx
Customer: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Andreea_N: Thank you. Thank you.
Andreea_N: The unlimited uses included in the package are no longer shown on the detailed list.
Client: How do I get them?
Andreea_N: You can consult on your bill and on the current consumption only the details of your off-package.
Client: Yes, I understand but I need a detailed invoice even on my unlimited usage. What are the steps to
to obtain it? Sincerely
Andreea_N: It is no longer possible to obtain the details of all communications.
Andreea_N: I’m sorry for the situation.
Andreea_N: This change was made to bring SFR into compliance with the Invoice Order (Order relating to
invoices for electronic communications services published in the Official Gazette on December 31, 2013), which has been applied by all
mobile telephone operators.
So here is the response of the ADR Customer Service Department, but there is a but, and I realized that SFR had circumvented the aforementioned order in order not to provide detailed invoices to customers.
Because I was able to get a detailed invoice but only exceptionally over the period of one month and in a completely unusable format.
To sum up, SFR considers that these ADR customers do not have to have a really detailed invoice, there is no small profit
I hope that this enlightens certain and certain people who do not understand why SFR no longer provides details on voice communications.

As for quoting articles of law, they are nice at SFR but they should read them

I brought my own experience and my concern was only on a RED package, I don’t have a Power
In any case, this provides clarity for consumers who have an ADR package.
This is not a bug but a deliberate will of SFR.

The order allows operators to do this.
They say it is to comply, but they are under no obligation not to provide it. This simply allows them to make savings on customers who receive bills by mail (no small savings at SFR…).
III. – The following categories of services and products may not appear on the itemised bill:
a) Electronic communications within unlimited packages, except in the case of billing for exceeding the consumption threshold set out in the contract ;
