The San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) is set to perform a comprehensive revision of its Reopening Plan over the summer, resulting in a comprehensive review of the District’s capacity to reopen schools in the event of a severe weather event. The plans are scheduled to be submitted to the State of California in June, and the District will continue to regularly update the public on its progress, planning, and other related issues.
The San Angelo Independent School District has finished a comprehensive analysis of all plans to reopen and reconstruct the schools damaged in the May 2016 flooding. The team has taken a holistic approach to the school district by first examining the entire infrastructure of the district, then addressing each building individually.
